How to integrate MEGAsync in the Nautilus file manager (Solus) ?

First 

Download the MEGAsync nautilus extension package from this link:

Second

Open a terminal window & move to the Downloads directory:

cd Downloads

ls

Third

Install the extension using this command:

 sudo eopkg it nautilus-megasync-3.6.6.0-1-1-x86_64.eopkg
